3. Anti-septic mouth wash or rinse can also be used on your nails. You could wash them with the solution after you take your daily bath or shower.
4. Make sure that you clean your socks in hot soapy water. Also change them regularly, at least twice a day.
5. Bacteria can build up in your shoes if you have sweaty feet. Purchase odour eaters for each pair of shoes or trainers that you own.
6. Some people suggest using crushed up garlic as a remedy. You can apply this to your toe nails before you go to bed at night. Be warned that it does smell.
